After creating your free account, head to the Predictions page. Predictions come in two parts. Up to an hour before first practice you pick the qualifying top three, call whether a full safety car appears in the main race, and on sprint weekends name the sprint winner. Once qualifying has run, race day picks open: the race top three and the mystery position.
Qualifying picks score 10 points for pole and 8 for P2 and P3, plus 5 for calling the full safety car and 10 for the sprint winner. Race day picks score 10 points for the winner and 8 for P2 and P3, plus 15 for the mystery position — a slot between P4 and P10 drawn fresh each weekend, which is exact or nothing. Naming the right driver in the wrong position still scores 4 points, and a perfect prediction earns a 25 point bonus.

There are two deadlines. Qualifying, safety car and sprint winner picks close one hour before first practice, so no practice running can inform them. Race day picks then open once the qualifying results are in and close one hour before the race starts. A countdown timer on the homepage and each race page shows whichever deadline is next, and you can edit your picks any time before it.
