The wait is almost over. As we stand in January 2026, the most radical grid shakeup in Formula 1 history is finally official. With an 11th team joining the fray, legendary designers moving into leadership roles, and a new generation of talent stepping up, the 2026 season is a total reset.

1. McLaren

• Team Principal: Andrea Stella
• Drivers: Lando Norris & Oscar Piastri
• 2025 Finish: 1st (World Champions)
• Key Changes: After securing both the Drivers' and Constructors' titles in 2025, McLaren is the only top team opting for total stability. They enter 2026 as the benchmark, retaining the Norris-Piastri pairing that dominated the previous season.

2. Mercedes
